A number on an order looks wrong? Open the order and tap Report a problem, just below the source line. It starts an email with the chain, the items, your cap and ranking, the menu data version and the app version already filled in; add what looks wrong and send it.

If MinMax closed unexpectedly, the next time you open it you'll see a notice with Copy details. Paste those details into your email; they never leave your device unless you send them.
Under every order, a source line names where its numbers came from: the chain's own nutrition information, or a third-party table labelled "Third-party". Tap it to see the source, its date, and a link to the document. Menu → About & privacy → Nutrition sources lists every chain. More on our Nutrition Sources page.
MinMax never asks for your location when it opens. It asks only when you tap something that needs it, such as Find meals near me or Use my current location. Without it, use menu → Set a location to search for an address or place, or menu → Search a chain to see any chain's best order. To change the permission later: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → MinMax.
If you hid a chain, open menu → Hidden restaurants and show it again. MinMax covers fast-food chains in the United States; if none are nearby, try Search this area after moving the map, or raise your calorie cap.
Your usuals and hidden restaurants sync through your private iCloud when you're signed in to iCloud on each device. Your cap, recents and trips stay on the device where you set them.
MinMax is free and shows one non-personalized ad from Google AdMob, marked "Sponsored", as the last row of the nearby results list.
MinMax has no account. To delete your data (your cap, usuals, hidden restaurants, recents and trips), open menu → About & privacy → Delete all MinMax data. Your analytics choice stays as you set it. To stop usage analytics, turn on Exclude my usage from analytics on the same screen. For anything else, such as deleting analytics events already sent, email support@eatminmax.com.
