MinMax

Nutrition data sources

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Every calorie, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fiber, and sodium value shown in MinMax is extracted from the menu and nutrition information that each restaurant publishes itself. We do not estimate, model, or interpolate any nutrition value. Each item shown links back to the specific restaurant page or document we read it from — tap the Source button at the bottom of any meal card to open that page directly.

How the data is collected

Important limitations

Nutrition information can vary by location, by individual order, and over time. The values displayed represent the restaurant's published standard preparation and may differ from a specific order you receive. Variations from the published values are common for:

If you have specific medical or dietary requirements

MinMax is a meal-finding tool. It is not a medical, dietary, or nutritional service and should not be used as a substitute for professional guidance. If you have diabetes, food allergies, a managed dietary restriction, or any other medical condition that depends on accurate nutrition values, please verify the values directly with the restaurant before ordering. The Source button on every meal card links to the restaurant's own published nutrition page for exactly this purpose.

Reporting an error

If you believe a value shown in MinMax is incorrect — for example, it doesn't match what the restaurant currently publishes — please email support@eatminmax.com with the restaurant, item name, and the value you believe is wrong. We re-check the source and update the cache within a few business days.
