These terms govern your use of the MinMax mobile application ("the app"), operated by KGH Analytics LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
MinMax helps you find fast-food meals near you that fit a calorie target. Calorie, protein, and other nutrition values shown in the app are sourced from publicly available menu information published by the restaurants themselves. We do our best to keep this data accurate but cannot guarantee it. Recipes, ingredients, and nutrition vary by location and over time.
MinMax is not a medical, dietary, or nutritional service. The recommendations are not medical advice. Do not use the app as a substitute for professional guidance from a physician, dietitian, or other qualified provider. If you have a medical condition, allergy, dietary restriction, or are pregnant, consult a qualified professional before relying on any information in the app.
MinMax displays the names, logos, and product images of third-party fast-food chains for the sole purpose of identifying menu items the app may recommend at those locations. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these chains. All third-party trademarks and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store terms. You may not:
MinMax does not require an account. Your saved meals, daily log, and preferences are stored on your device and in your private iCloud storage. You may delete all of your data at any time from Settings → Delete all MinMax data.
The app relies on services from Amazon Web Services, Apple iCloud, PostHog, and Brave Search to function. Their availability is outside our control, and outages may make some features temporarily unavailable.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also discontinue the app or any of its features without notice. If we materially change these terms, we'll surface it in the app's release notes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT NUTRITION INFORMATION DISPLAYED IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KGH ANALYTICS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
The app is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's App Store Terms of Service also apply. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.
